Most spam comes from PCs hijacked by trojans as open proxys. 
Since RR has a lot of users you'd expect a fair number of their 
customers' PCs to be hijacked.
If you uses Spamcop's web interface for reporting, you'll see the line:

24.27.106.120 is an open proxy

ever so often.
