[SpamCop-List] NGO's or .gov's Interested in "Pharmacy" Spams?

I've reported about 15 months' worth of pharmacy spams from Michael
Lindsay / iMedia.net and playmates since what appears to have been a
successful dictionary attack on my ISP.

Does anyone know of any .gov or NGO addresses interested in chasing
these guys around, that I can add as addees?  You'd think someone at
FDA, DEA, or Treasury would be interested in slapping bracelets on
Lindsay and his spamgang.

Suggestions?
