I'm sure that Verisign would probably take more notice of a complaint 
from a customer (Spamcop) than from a customer of a customer (such as 
you and me). But everybody's time is limited, including that of the 
Spamcop deputies; they may not consider this important enough, 
especially since you were able to make a payment after making some 
relatively minor changes. Which is more than can be said about some 
other American sites... I tried to order something from a US charity 
shop yesterday ("we deliver world-wide") and they would not accept my UK 
post code even with spaces and (wait for this!!!) they claimed that my 
perfectly valid .co.uk email address was not of a valid format.
