The whole /24 block is hosting lots of sites for spammers(it is obvious when 
you just look at the long list of domain names hosted on almost each address 
of the /24 block), and are used as sources to send mails, as well as 
reselling spam services for spammers. See:

inventive domain names to host the same spammy content!!!

It generates increadible spam traffic (as reported by Senderbase statistics, 
and also in Spamcop history), and in fact it is the MOST important /24 block 
for now.

Bug: SBL does not list it, why?
