A more complete block should list
  72.26.216.0/21 (up to 72.26.223.255)
  209.203.200.0/24
to effectively block the whole "AK Media" group
(Note that spamcop has lots of stats related to several parts of these 
blocks, but they disappear too soon, because the IP blocks are recycled, 
before they get listed in SCBL)

Working RBLs listing them are in SPEWS and SpamHaus.
