Yes. Ypu may only report Spam to you, not other peoples spamn which is what
the enclosure is.

If you consider spam bouncers to be innocent bystanders, then yes, you
reported an "innocent"
If not, you reported a "Blowback" source (see the bottom of the SC submit
page, note to postmasters.
