Thanks, I think. LOL . Sheesh, I just subscribed to 24Hour... and 
downloaded 29,649 messages that have been posted since 16 Jul. I'm too 
damn busy as it is. I think I'll unsubscribe now. TYVM

I do appreciate the heads up on IANAG. I trust you enough and don't have 
the time right now to investigate further, so I'll have to check out 
Ellen's suggestion and maybe send client there instead.

I try to empower them to find their own solutions instead of asking me 
for solutions all the time. ;)

I always answer their calls for help, but usually with a method that 
requires them to do the research and thereby become a little more educated.
