Correct, and listed in proxytrojan spamtrap hits like CBL, also
spamsource like spamcop, also nonresponsive provider, like spews.  And
others.  The first is cbl, the 2nd is njabl, the 2nd isn't currently
scbl/ed.

Spews has a zillion shaws listed, just like it has a zillion comcasts.

If they don't respond to the larger community such as spews and others,
they aren't likely to jump up and respond to you.

Just keep doing your reporting and the source IPs will stay or get in
SCbl.
