[SpamCop-List] Spamcop not reporting weblinks in spam

Full spam posted in .spam.  Manually reporting spam should report 
spamvertised sites, right?  Well it's not, at least in this case.  Most of 
the time it locates the links but doesn't report them, nor does it give any 
indication of why it's not reporting.  What's up?
