[SpamCop-List] Popgate "Cannot contact server"

All of my MSN Hotmail and Yahoo! Accounts at POP Configuration are
showing "Cannot contact server" with Error Counts from 11 to 12
(indicating errors going back 165 minutes (2.75 hours) to 180 minutes
(3.0 hours)). Are others of you having the same problem?  I have
