Stopping SpamCop from POPping on your behalf is pretty simple: on your
"POP Configuration" page
https://webmail.spamcop.net/horde/imp/spamcop/popconfig.php or
http://webmail.spamcop.net/horde/imp/spamcop/popconfig.php , Click the
"Delete this Entry" Checkbox for each appropriate Entry, then Click the
"Modify" Button.
