[SpamCop-List] no response from spamcop when submitting spam !

Hi,

I have been getting spam for the last week from the same people,
but when I send it to spamcop I get no response at all.

I sent a test to spamcop and it worked fine.

Have spamcop stopped sending a response to submitted spam if the
isp concerned does not want spamcop reports sent to them ?.
