I can see your point, but this is supposed to be a mini-FAQ to sit in a
list of forum posts (like
http://forum.spamcop.net/forums/index.php?showforum=11 ).
If it was going to be split, then you wouldn't want 3 FAQ posts that refer
to each other - you'd just have 2 FAQ posts with appropriate titles.

Actually, I think it would be better to keep it as one document and make
it shorter, with links to a better resource than a forum FAQ posting.
