[SpamCop-List] Who's Using SPAMCOP? Any major players? Reviews by CNET or others?

Looking for info on what companies are using SPAMCOP to filter their mail. 
I'd like to use SPAMCOP, though it would be great to present this as a 
solution to management if I could say that Company X, Y and Z are also using 
it to filter their mail.

Or are there any reviews by CNET or others that recommend SPAMCOP?
