===> Not a problem WazoO (boy, that name's hard to type!). Jump
away if you need to; I'm fully aware of my lack of qualifications
and believe it or not, AM trying to keep out of it, but it's just
so danged good a thing, I failed. A little. Sorta. Maybe. <g>
to keep my nose in place, that is.
What is missing from all this mostly

Actually, thanks for that. I suspected there was going to be a
lot I wasn't aware of or hadn't caught on to, and you did a good
job of pointing that out, and explained a lot in the process.
Positive criticism is a good thing and I always appreciate it,
believe it or not, even if it was just a "starting point" for you
to get the info out.
Doing FAQ-work is a very thankless job and the authors have to be
really thick skinned and almost have to be able to read what
someone meant, not what they said, sometimes. Been there, done
that. I seriously wish I could devote some time to help out with
all this because I think I'd learn a lot, maybe more than I
wanted to even.
It can't be though, so don't invite me <g>. I'm very
unpredictable and most people who know me still think I'm an
enigma, so ... .

Pop
