What's with that 'no posting' business?

What happens if he telnets in there?

Run/ telnet

then configure the telnet to access news.spamcop.net on port 119 by
using the Connect menu - Remote system selection and then input
news.spamcop.net in the Host name section and 119 in the Port section
and click Connect.

The first thing I get is this line:

200 news.spamcop.net InterNetNews NNRP server INN 2.3.2 ready (posting
ok).

Notice that it does *not* say 'no posting' but sez 'posting ok'
