You could look at what Spamcop itself says about this topic. :-)
Last I checked it said something to the effect that it was a rather
aggressive list and would snag legitimate mail. Okay, so you had me look
it up. It says:
"The SCBL is aggressive and often errs on the side of blocking mail."
I would personally recommend to use it as part of a scoring system. At
my workplace, being listed on SCBL adds two points to the SpamAssassin
score. Then again, your milage may vary.
