[SpamCop-List] Spammers could use Spamcop?

Just pondering, folks, but I wonder whether spammers could make use of
SpamCop to discover open relays? Presumably all they would need to do is to
report a competitor's spam from one of their own spamtraps, and then plonk
any open relay IPs provided by SC into their own server to squeeze a few
more hours of spamming time out of that server before the sysadmin pulls the
plug?

On this basis - whilst I rather like finding out that popular ISPs in my
locale are running open proxies - I wonder whether the open proxy stuff
should be detected internally in SpamCop but not printed to the screen.

Just a thought...
