Except by someone who is a responsible party for the list.

In practice it is difficult to avoid reporting mailing list messages; 
many lists do not add headers/footers/etc.; or insist on the list
name appearing in the message headers.

If the list is run by one of your mailhosts (many of my subscriptions 
are..) you might have no way to know that the message came through the
list on its way to your mailbox; fortunately, in that case in general
the correct party would be LARTed.
