That's too harsh. Habeas has its place in the arsenal against anti-spammers. I just don't trust mail with that header in it. For me, the score is about 50/50, and the sample is from an extremely low number of spams.

If you don't trust Habeas, you could just give it a zero score (that's what I do). If Habeas were as ineffective as to be a sure-fire sign of spam, I would've nofified Habeas of that fact and moved on. But seeing how rare the Habeas haiku is, I prefer to not take away Habeas's sole weapon -- if they successfully sue just one dork and get him to bleed (preferably, on national TV) that'd be worth it to me. If they don't, nothing is lost for me.
