I am not a great friend of Yahoo, but I have experienced that they act 
pretty quickly when reporting via 
http://add.yahoo.com/fast/help/abuse/cgi_abuse (chat, groups, geocities, 
etc.) or http://add.yahoo.com/fast/help/us/mail/cgi_spam_intl 
(yahoo.com, yahoo.co.uk, etc.)
