I don't think that is the case, I think they don't care to be bothered 
about it.
I didn't read your spam report so I wasn't commenting on it's content, but 
I am getting tired of seeing
abuse at tm.net.my
and
Internal spamcop handling: (yahoo)
and often I see "does not accept reports" or whatever, for Yahoo hosted 
links.
