The configuration options in the OE plaintext news sending section don't
allow you to make two;  only to choose between symbols of that
character, a pipe or colon..  Same way with quotefix.

I suppose one would have to be able to find it in the registry or
something.  That's a pretty screwy condition;  I don't know how you
would go about fixing it, offhand.
