[SpamCop-List] hotmail aggressively blocking spam?

Since december a year ago the spam quantity (mostly correctly landing in the
junk folder) just dropped, and has been low since, I normally use outlook
express to read my mail and submit spam (all of it) from hotmail accounts
and recently the only spams getting through to the junk folder are copy and
paste this link spams for a drug whose name sounds like see alice, where the
links would resolve to some provider called chinatietong.com.

During christmas vacation I had to check my mail with the web interface
which now has confirmation buttons for junk or not for anything opened in
the junk folder, for several days I marked the junk as junk and now it's not
coming in at all any more, :). I wonder If my action and similar from others
made hotmail recognize and utterly reject these?

Anyway it's nice, my ISP is now rejecting about 98% of my spam and  am down
to about 4 a day that still get through, and with hotmail not getting any,
email is great!! It works like it used to up to about 4 or 5 years ago.
