[SpamCop-List] Suggestion: Button Positions

Recently, I ran into another of those spam which
manage to generate a "got sigalarm, taking too
long to process, aborted" message, and aborting
part way through the parse.  It's been that way for
several hours, now, and at some point, I'll probably
be inclined to give up.  However, it would be nice
not to kill off all other unreported spam that I haven't
been able to get to because of this one problematic
one.

So, my suggestion: The "cancel spam report"
button is normally near the bottom, but in this case
isn't being gotten to.  If there was a copy of the
button near the top, I could kill it off and go on,
without having to bug deputies or something.
