which has a bad headerline and a wrong header content type which shows a
boundary delimitor when there isn't any in the body.  As a result the
body parse doesn't work.   The tracker was posted by Karl-Josef Ziegler

You must be thinking of some different condition which you haven't
described by posting a tracker for your own example.
