[SpamCop-List] Suggestion: Making ISPs more interested in SC reports?

Here's a suggestion that may make ISPs more
interested in SC reports: Include a list of the IP
addresses of the spamversited web sites.
Presumably, the parser already figured these out,
and maybe if it helps interested ISPs generate
local block lists, it would make them more
receptive to SC LARTs (for those that have figured
out or care about the cost spam create for them.)
Alternatively, if they knew that their misbehaviour
was being highlighted to others, and getting them
on more block lists, they'd be more inclined to do
something about it.
