Errors in there.  cymru isn't zero, it is uunet/mci as AS701, and
spamhaus isn't agreeing with radb on the 15531, spamhaus is saying 15331
which is jtel, which no one else sez;  and openrbl and its tools say
15531, like one of the radb/s, but which isn't gblx, but
Plenexis-Russia, which is its own mess, but has admin/techs
