[SpamCop-List] SpamCop is blocking Norway's largest ISP...

Hello.


SpamCop is blocking 217.13.4.94 (bgo1smout1.broadpark.no) wich is Norways 
largest ISP.
This is causing a lot of problems, and I'm having a lot of trouble because 
of this.

Biggest trouble in all of this, is that the users I'm trying to send emails, 
is telling me that its not their prob.
"Talk to your ISP" they say... so I did.. They're response was to talk to my 
recipients... (great job NGT...)

So.. Who the **** should I talk to?
