[SpamCop-List] Parser Bug: Too many link

I see the bug is back.  Or maybe it was never resolved,
and I hadn't noticed.  Or maybe this is intentional.
In any case, it's having problems ignoring
<A HREF="valid link"></A> constructs when there are
too many of them.
