I'd say that it's bug and report it to deputies at .  The last
time we discussed it here the result was, that SC cannot
judge what caused the delay between you and infosat.net, but
that argument is dubious, and in the case of cesmail.net it
is irrelevant.

Besides "communigate pro" is IMNSHO always a very bad sign.
