Teri, you can get a lot of highly skilled help from the
people on this list, if you'll share a little more of the
pertinent information, such as rejection messages or at
least the IP address being rejected. You seem to have
caught WazoO in a slightly grumpy mood, but that's
understandable, because there are certain painful
problems, like yours, that show up again and again,
and while it's a new experience for you, it probably
makes WazoO feel like Sisyphus.

Good luck. And remember that Spamcop is trying to make
email more useful, not less.
