You could have brought with you the message or link which you are having
trouble understanding.

Start with showing the blocked IP in question which is probably a part
of the link you are 'talking about' but not showing.

You are posting from a plus.net IP which has a lot of different output
server IPs, so guessing at what is causing you problems will be
difficult.
