Probably so, but there are some intelligent folks in other parts of the
net that don't agree and swear by going after the "next one up".
Theres 1 in particular who claims to have just about eliminated his spam
in this fashion.  While I tend to think you are more correct, there are
times
when I just want to try it, like with the russki and dtag.../HA/
