[SpamCop-List] Is American Express promoting SPAM??

When I received my AX bill the other day I noticed that they were pushing 
some kind of E-Mail Marketing thing..maybe I totally misunderstand this..but 
can someone take a look at this scan of part of my bill and tell me if they 
are encouraging SPAM..if so..I will be taking my business elsewhere
