[SpamCop-List] Request for help

I am a recent lurker to this forum who is now seeking some advice/guidance
on using Spamcop from within Mail Washer Pro.

I am a registered user of MWP and have a Spamcop account which allows me to
send spam email straight from the MWP Preview Pane to Spamcop. This has
worked very well, with receipt of the email "Spamcop has accepted..."
usually very quickly. Following the supplied link has enabled reporting to
be done quickly and without hassle.

In recent weeks two problems have started. First, no response emails were
being received from Spamcop. Investigating this on spamcop.net my account
page told me my SMTP address was wrong. It wasn't but I reset it and now
the acceptance emails are being received again.

However, on clicking the link to report the spam on each occasion recently
one line of the reporting page says "No source IP address found, cannot
proceed". I have also tried copy/pasting the same emails into Spamcop with
the same result. MWP should send the whole message, I think; I have
copied/pasted from the Message Source page in OE.

I am a relative novice in the field of spam reporting; discussion of
"parsing" and other techniques on this forum means very little to me so if
anyone could talk me slowly through what might be wrong with my submissions
to spamcop I would be very grateful.
