I'm not sure I understand all parts of the 2nd half of that par.
If you receive an item in OE and putting it into the webparser gives a
result of no source IP address, then the fault lies at how the server
stamped its line and we should examine such an item by your pasting its
tracker^1 here.
If MWP sends an item to SC and you get a no source IP address, but the
same item submitted by pasting from OE gives a proper report, then the
problem lies with MWP and the way to troubleshoot a MWP induced problem
would be to have MWP send the item it is sending to SC to your own
address so you can look at what is wrong with it -- or to paste the
tracker for the MWP sent item here, perhaps pasting both the OE tracker
above and the MWP tracker just described for the same item.
