Can some one please look into this for me, chinatietong.com has a LONG 
history of spamming and something needs to be done to shut
them down!.

These guys at chinetietong.com are real scumbags! They are definately rogue 
and need to be shut down.

I don't think sending the complaints to , crnet_mgr at chinatietong.com, 
crnet_tec at chinatietong.com
is going to do any good. Abuse complaints need to be sent higher to thier 
upstream.

Can some one please look into this for me.
