[SpamCop-List] tieting "solved" it's spam priblem

Curious coincidence, the APNIC troubles and absence of tietiong from the
spamvertized stats page. I think not.

I also noticed that I don't see "no-master" sites in the spamvertized stats.

(Hey Julian...) I really wish we could forget about resolving URLS and
simply elect  (or not) to have them posted in the stats, where they should
be consolidated by domain.tld one each, say the most recent or frequent
100.something the durbl or other similar lists could gather data from.

Overnight tietong has gone from overwelmingly dominating the list to
disappearing altogether, and I don't think they've cleaned up their act.
Even if CNC, kornet, and the hanas are struggling hard to get their
business.


Actually as far as I'm concerned I wouldn't miss a thing if all of APNIC
controlled space dropped off the net.
