I get that on www.openrbl.org, but get DNF on the domain going at it any 
other way that once worked (ca.openrbl.org/us.openrbl.org/openrbl.org)

it looks like the requirement is not just time, but possibly some space for  
the backend databases. I think it is possible for both to be forthcoming if 
it is shown that moensted isnt already provdiding the same service. 
However, I think that Moensted is already providing the same service, so 
while it is appropriate to thank the operators of openrbl for their long 
years of dedicated service to the community, it may be less necessary for 
someone to replicate it.
