It is listed in a lot of blocklists as a spamsource and open proxy.

Spamcop only counts the ones you report, not the ones you see that you
don't report.

Its daily magnitude in senderbase is currently 21x its usual avg.  If
you would report a larger percentage of what you get it might make the
SCbl.
