Mole reports only get put into some aggregate analysis of spam from a
domain that the domain gets notified about. So they know they have a
problem and perhaps and indicator regarding the magnitude of the problem
but they have no specific reports to go on regarding which of their
users are generating spam from their domain. Once a month send a report
to the police noting there were burglaries in your neighborhood, or call
them up to report you just saw a burglar enter your neighbor's house,
which would be more effective?
