[SpamCop-List] PayPal phishing scam reported to eBay

Contains several PayPal URLs, but SC attempts to report them to 
spoof#ebay.com at devnull.spamcop.net

Had another one yesterday that correctly reported to spoof at paypal.com

I wonder what this is...?
