That could be a devnull to the stats page.  Instead of some
spamvertisers not having a devnull address and some spamvertisers having
a 'specific' devnul address because of bouncing or something, all
spamvertisers would have a stats devnul.  It could even be the only one
checked by default if that were the reporter's chosen configuration.  It
would be the duty of the reporter to uncheck that box for the IB.

That would actually be a simpler configuration for the parser's notifier
than the current 'conglomeration' of devnuls which presently exists.
