You would generally find that even white hat ISPs would simply request,
in the event that you did make contact by telephone with a member of
the abuse team in respect of an Unsolicited Bulk Email related issue,
that you put your complaint in writing by email to the abuse mailbox.

That would certainly be the response in the event that you called here.
