Yes, Akamai is geographically based, that's what the big bucks
are paying for. The response above is an answer from an Akamai
Tech on me trying to resolve other user's issues, and as seen,
they don't talk to anyone from outside the offices of the ones
signing the checks. I posed the query on the "Reference numbers"
a few times previously, asking whether it was Akamai or some
new programming check codes .... nice to see a specific answer
provided, although had that data been provided when asked for,
a FAQ would have been written up long ago to address this
"problem" ..... oh yeah, clarification ... it would have been written
up in the "unofficial" FAQ ....
