This need to be fixed ASAP!  I can't report Spam now, thanks to your 
technical glitches all the time.  This isn't the first time its happened 
either.  Where is the maintenance on your server and network?  Obviously 
non-existent as far as I'm concerned.

Please fix it soon, have lots of spam to report.
