For my OE, it sez in OE/ Tools/ Options/ Security tab

Virus Protection
Select the Internet Explorer security zone to use
     Internet zone
     Restricted sites zone
Warn me when other applications try to send mail as me
Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentiall
be a virus

Secure Mail <all about Digital IDs>
  Encrypting and Digitally signing

I'm driving OE 6.00.2800.1123 - I'm Win98 not XP, I can't do anything
with XP-SP2, which affects OE.

You are 6.00.2900.2670
