Probably the only place it would be read is if the link were to be 
displayed just below the refusal of Spamcop to send a report to those 
robots.

The current text is missleading because it is the same text used with 
all mailboxes that spamcop.net does not send e-mail to.

Of course I do not know how hard it would be to make the message 
displayed more informative.
