It may be SpamCop was having trouble parsing those links, I did a bit of
digging on the first one with SamSpade.org and it brought back a fully
detailed IP adress information screen, including contacts.

I don't reckon any of the sites this spam was referring to can be trusted or
even exist, however, it may just have been that the DNS system was
propagating the domain and IP addresses used at the time SpamCop attempted
to parse the URLs and therefore failed to find any information about them.

They are, according to SamSpade, in the CZ region.  Czechlovakia (sp?)  Or
maybe elsewhere, I never did find any information on what abbreviation
belongs to what country.

I'm not an admin, nor even a knowledageable spam analyist - therefore these 
are only my own opinions and should be treated with extreme caution when 
replying.
